When a booking has been confirmed, you will be emailed with a booking confirmation. Without this confirmation, your booking will not be complete.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel a booking, you must inform Tiwa King/Beyond A song CIC in writing at least 21 days before the booking date.

If you cancel the booking within 21 days of the booking date, you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay the remaining balance.

If you cancel the booking before 21 days of the booking date, you will lose your deposit but will not be required to pay the remaining balance.

To cancel an overseas booking, you must inform Tiwa King/Beyond A song CIC at least 45 days before the booking date.

Once a booking has been cancelled, you will be required to repeat the booking process should you want to re-book with us.

In the event of an act of God, we will endeavour to rearrange your booking.

TESTIMONIALS

Upon completion of a session, any testimonials gathered from participants are to be shared with us within 1 week.

A written/video testimonial from a senior employee/ employee of choice is required within a week of the session.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any recordings/presentation slides are prohibited from being shared without a license agreement in place.

Any information received from workshop participants in accordance with this agreement which concerns the personal, financial or other affairs of the organisation will be treated in full confidence and will not be revealed to any other persons, firms or organisations.
